I hate stupid traffic lights and I’m going to do something about it. Introducing my next project: RoadPetition.com

Using Google Maps and an online database, I will allow users to click anywhere in the world and add the location as a problem intersection. They can comment on the intersection, rate the location, and even create and sign a petition to do something about the location. Users will be able to email or print out the petitions to show their local governments.

Now I need a domain name. My favorite, traffix.com, is already taken. I was thinking about using my www.freeple.com domain but I wouldn’t want to base the idea around traffic intersections. I’d rather convert this whole project into a general location/petition service if I were to use freeple.com.

So far this is just for fun and the experience. It’s always good to learn new things
